To be honest I initially thought these custom size sunshades were overpriced. In the past I had bought universal ones for much much less. However I did want to protect the car. I'm glad I ordered this. It does cover the windshield area perfectly. It folds down into a nice compact size. It stays in place. The construction of the shade is heavy duty and well done. That's the big difference between what I had used in the past and this sunshade. It makes a huge difference in keeping the car cooler when in sunlight. One side of the shade is silver reflective and the other side is black. There was a little strip of Velcro that helps secure the shade behind the rear view mirror. It comes with a nice storage bag. I think this will last a long time. My final verdict is that it is worth the money. I certainly wouldn't go back to the generic sunshades after this.

What's really good?

This product does exactly what it says! It is thick and easy to fold and well worth the money!

Overall it does it's job, the fit is decent, a lot better than the generic folding types you get from the auto store. The fit isn't as good as they show in the pictures though a little extra slack here and there but overall a great fit. It definitely won't fit in your door pocket however, unless you don't plan on using any of your switches or hearing out of your speaker. It's a lot more collapsible and easily storable than the generic ones though, fits in your back seat pocket or under your seat if you don't have the rubber molded mats. Maybe it's just me, but from the impression I got from the images and listing you would think it unfolds into place and fits snugly without need of support, which is kind of true, but you still have to velcro it around your mirror and use your visors to hold it down. Overall the time it takes to do the velcro and unfold it and pop it into place doesn't save you much time from the standard sunshades, but the fit is much better and you pretty much get 100% window coverage overall. For a few bucks more than the cheap generic ones from the store, you might as well grab something that's fitted for our cars instead of the foldy saggy ones that are a pain to try and keep in place.

The sun shade was a true fit for our car but the fact that’s hard too fold. We leave it unfolded in the car. It keeps the car nice and cool from the Florida sun.

Once you get used to them, the foldable steel ring sunshades really are the best. As with this one, they fit very well into the window opening and block nearly all of the light through the front window, but also fold up very small when put them back into the storage bag. I've owned this sort of sunshade before and this one works quite well. I highly recommend it!

It fits my Avalon well a does a good job of keeping sun out. It is difficult to refold and practically impossible in the car. If there is someone in the passenger seat it's largeness will hit them trying to get it out to fold in half and put in back seat.

It's a great fit for my 2018 Camry Hybrid. I love the velcro strap allowing it to be secured to the rear view mirror. A must have in a California summer
