spicy and tangy
i loved this salt. not for everyday use as its a bit expensive but i make salt cookies and butter and this was a new twist.. the butter went grey as you can imagine but the slight spicy flavour was fantastic especially on steak

I've bought something like this years ago, & not been able to find any since, until now on Amazon.Used on fish, never too much can be strong they spiced it up.

Not black it is clear white tinted with bluish tint
I used it as table salt but noticed the bluish tint all over, leaving the salt completely white. I read about it and this kind of salt should have a colour itself inside
