Hi, Yes the blue color is the same. These are a hand-made item so color may vary.

Q: does this come with the buckle thing?

Mine did not, I purchased a 2-pack separately. Try to read the details - there are several 1 World Sarong purchasing areas on Amazon. Some of them DO include the buckle. It's def worth it to make sure you get at least one though. These sarongs are VERY good for boat or resort 'living' , so you'll want the ability to make it a dress!
