BissellOxy Stain Destroyer Pet Plus Pretreat, 1773, 22 oz

This is for real cleaning and it actually works extremely well and it is a great value. I use this more frequently due to unforeseen life events. My wife has been diagnosed with cancer and is currently undergoing extensive chemotherapy treatment. The effects of chemotherapy treatment are not for the meek and the cleanups are outrageous and the odors and such are beyond my wildest nightmares.I am a very logical educated intelligent person and I searched out economical efficient ways to cope. I tried other brands of equipment and supplies but Bissell is the quintessential best of the best and very reasonable. I purchased the big green machine and clean bedding and furniture in a flash. Bissell chemical cleaners are safe around my Yorkie and they don't have cheap perfume coverup scents.Overall the product must be tried to find out the truth and I have no vested interest in Bissell. I suggest you give it a try.

Buying this product was actually an act of desperation. We had a HUGE stain right in the middle of the living room carpet – source unknown. OK, there were several grandchildren with all manner of goodies, and that cute little Yorkie puppy who was still being house-trained. Would you believe it? Nobody spilled or piddled on the carpet. Nobody!! But, there it was.Since that fateful weekend, I have cleaned the carpet twice myself, had a professional carpet cleaner do it once, and personally scrubbed the carpet with a couple of well-reviewed spot cleaners. It always looks like it’s gone, and then it reappears in a few days. My husband and I have been talking about new carpeting. I have also looked into buying a large area rug to cover it. So, when I saw this Bissel Oxy Stain Destroyer Pet Plus, I figured, what do I have to lose? Goodness knows, the price was right.It took me about half an hour to spray the spot thoroughly, completely draining the can. Following the directions faithfully, I used my Hoover Deep Cleaning machine to agitate and then extract the solution. Then, once more with my machine on the RINSE cycle. I overlapped onto the surrounding clean carpet and noticed that the dirty water tank wasn’t taking in dirty water until I hovered right over the spot and then the water got dirtier and dirtier. Apparently the solution loosened something way down deep and then my machine sucked it up.The carpet is dry now. There are no residual chemicals left in the carpet. It didn’t change color or shrink. We have walked on the “spot” repeatedly to force the shadowy spot to reappear. So far, so good. My husband says out loud what I fear to even whisper, “I think we got it!”

Very impressed with this stain remover! My puppy was peeing on my off white carpet. I tried just about every stain remover on the market. All of them unfortunately either did not work or was too much trouble actually using. I could not stand taking the time to wait and then have to scrub the area on all the products I had been trying. I couldn't find anything that truly worked and go the pee stains out. I ran across this bissell product while I was searching for something that actually worked! This product is simply amazing!!! Some stains are a little more tricky to remove you may need to apply more than once. This product is so simple to use!! All you need to do is saturate the area and walk away! after a few sort minutes the stain is completely gone and all you need to do is vacuum over the area! Not only is it great for pet stains but also mud/dirt stains and that stubborn bright red juice your child may have got on the carpet!! This product is a win win for me and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone and I will continue to purchase!!!

I think this works but the scent makes me gag and it takes an enormous amount if you have more than a few places. My old cat decorated the entire perimeter of the 11x11’ room and I used 5 bottles. I finally covered the edge of the room with rugs. Replacing the carpet soon. Can’t do perfumed cat urine.

I have used this a few times now. Once on dog vomit (yuck!) and a couple more times on urine.. I thought for sure the dog vomit would stain the carpet ( its white carpet) but you can't even tell there was ever a stain there! I used it within 24 - 48 hours after this happened so that may have made a difference, but I am still happy! I also used this product on some urine stains on carpet as well and I am surprised at how well it did. I sprayed the spots with this spray let it sit for like 10 minutes and then I also used the carpet shampoo that goes along with this. It seems that the stains have come up from the carpet! It at the very least made it look a lot better than just using the carpet shampooer alone. So for now I am extremely happy with this cleaning product.*I will update this if I notice any changes or lack of performance.

This stuff is amazing! It has cleaned up old stains I never thought I could get rid of and leaves behind a nice fresh scent. I cant stand the smell of other leading enzymatic cleaners so I was nervous trying this. But it has gotten rid of thr cat urine smell in some very hard to clean places (like the corner of my mattress). And it must have done a good job as my cat has stopped marking there since I used it.I wish I could get it in a larger size as I go through the small bottles relatively fast.Seriously, where has this been my whole life??
