I purchased this Turmeric supplement because I did some research and learned that Turmeric is good for inflammation. My back has been bothering me more than usual due to someone crashing into the back of my car. I usually purchase my supplements in the form of gummies because I do not like swallowing pills.However I was not able to locate Turmeric in the form of gummies, so I decided to purchase these capsules.The plus with the Turmeric supplement is that it also contains Ashwagandha which is known to reduce anxiety and relaxes you. I do not have anxiety however I am always looking for something that can calm my nerves.The directions instructed you to take two capsules, however because I do not swallow capsules, I start taking one in the morning. The capsules are not big at all and I found them very easy to swallow. After a few days, I started to take one in the morning and then one in the afternoon before I ate my lunch.I loved this product because I immediately noticed that I was sleeping through the night, which is rare because I usually wake up at 2:00 a.m. regardless of what time I go to bed. This was very surprising to me and I initially thought it could not possibly be the Turmeric capsules but after a week of not waking up in the middle of the night, I had to accept that it was the capsules because I had changed nothing else in my routine.Fortunately, I also noticed that my back did not ache as much and I began to think it was this because of the Turmeric with the Ashwagandha supplement or the fact that I was not able to sleep through the night. I am going to give the credit to the Turmeric supplement because either way I have benefited from taking the capsules.

I have been looking for a supplement to aid in muscle recovery from my workouts (I have been focusing more on weight lifting but the soreness is brutal...particularly in my knees). I often workout in the evening so I take these pills right before I eat my dinner, wait about 30 minutes and workout. Since taking these, I have definitely noticed a decrease in the amount of pain I feel post workout (especially after leg day which is when I experience the most soreness). I have also noticed that I am sleeping better at night (I used to wake up at least twice) but now I'm sleeping harder and more soundly. These pills are easy to swallow, do not have a weird odor and are reasonably priced. I will definitely be purchasing again.

"I love Golden Milk and thought this would be something to add to my diet...however this was a toss up. The tablets were easy to ingest however there was a weird aftertaste that followed with belching. I stopped noticing it after 4 days. On the plus side, I have less back ache and feel more relaxed throughout my day and will continue with these supplements

So far it's been a week taking this product and I can say it has helped me with soreness and inflammation. Keep in mind that other factors play a role too so make sure to have healthy habits outside of taking this supplement. I will try to keep updating as time goes by to make sure it is not placebo although there is plenty of research showing that these ingredients actually work. It doesn't taste at all and the size is perfect to swallow. For 50 cents a pill I think it is worth a shot. Give it a try!

Let me say these pills are amazing! I already feel improvement in my body by taking these. I have been searching for a good turmeric supplement that is easy to swallow and does not feel overwhelming and this is it! This has helped my joints, stress relief, and so much more. My body feels so relieved from any pain. They are easy to swallow and the flavor is good and does not linger after taking it. I would definitely recommend it. Also, I truly appreciate these vitamins being in a glass container to help with freshness.
