This item fits as expected. It's a simple DIY project that saves money.

I had two wheels on a suitcase that did not survive their first use; a trip to Japan. They literally melted away.I bought 2 pairs of these wheels. They attached easily (even provided a cheap tool). They are 50x better than the VERY cheap wheels that came with the suitcase. They were not just hard plastic, and even had some ‘give’ to the rolling surface, so they are substantially quieter than the originals. The only challenge was going through the ordering process , to select from the dozens of offerings. Happily, measurements were provided for the scree pattern.

Wheels were a perfect fit for my luggage. However, after installing all four wheels, I went to test around the house and found the wheels themselves do not work well. The housing for each wheel seemed somewhat loose, so all wheels were resting at different angles. It was very difficult to move my luggage around. It was almost as though I was dragging my luggage without wheels at all. This also caused difficulty in the wheels swiveling in their housing, so turning the luggage was difficult as well.

Universal one size fits-all piece, might need a few minor adjustments to fit. Very sturdy, comes with 4 long screws.

The media could not be loaded. The casters fit perfectly on the Samsonite hard shell from 2015. Unfortunately they are very flimsy. The wheels whigle a lot and the spin function is far worse than on the original casters. I really doubt that these will hold up for more than rolling a few hundred yards on a carpeted floor. They feel cheap but are rather expensive for what you get. In retrospect I should have just cut off the rubber tires from the old wheels and continued to use them with just the hard plastic rims for as long as they would last. I will continue to search for higher quality casters with real ball bearings. Only drawback with the Vbest is that the fit is not perfect around the edge, but the holes are in the right place and they feel really sturdy when attached.

Wheel works well and was easy to install myself. It saved me from throwing the luggage away.

Fit my Samsonite hard suitcase perfectly. Hardware included was nice. It’s rolling as good as new! Good value for the price, will be saving this in case I need to replace my other wheels in the future.
