Memories......
My parents bought this book for me when I was a little kid and being able to flip through these pages again fills my heart with gladness. Product shipped quickly and was exactly as described.

Meh
It's just ok. It's not very long, and it's all in black and white except for the cover. So if you're expecting color photos, you'll be sadly disappointed. The "inside story" bits are interesting, although I wish there had been more of them. Also, I grew up with the Turtles, and I know for a fact that there are several items that aren't in the book that I remember owning. So it's not a definitive compilation of all the items that came out. For the price, I wish it was more comprehensive. If you're a diehard Turtles fan, this is a nice coffee table book to have laying around to browse through for memory's sake. For everyone else, you may want to think hard on buying this book.

1991. What an odd time to make this book.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were at the height of their popularity in 1991. Their merchandising, for all intents and purposes, had only just begun. Sure, the cartoon began airing in 1987, but most of the Turtles toys I had as a child were made around 1994, just before the Turtles phenomenon seemed to drift into a memory. This book is interesting, though you'd think that with all the bells and whistles of an official collector's guide, it'd feature colour photos. The TMNT came back with another strong, young fanbase in 2003, so I'd very much like to see a full collector's guide to everything mean and green over the past 27 years, including all comics and toys, even the most ridiculous ones from the end of their original merchandising lines, as well as absolute works of art like the NECA figures from a few years ago. This is still a fun book to have as a part of one's collection, but by no means is it a suitable guide to even half of the stuff any Turtles collector could reasonably own.

Disappointed
It would've been nice if they told you that the book was in black and white. The photos in the book are very hard to see.
