product doesn’t work w/ usb power supply (my mistake not the product or seller) if not for car, Simple 110-12v converter fixed the issue, took 2 minutes to assemble

Tested the light with the UVC detector. No reading at all, zero. Just to make sure, tested the detector with bright sunshine and it reads 0.5 volts (out of 3 volts max). This unit does not produce any UVC. So not sure if it is a defective unit or what but did see another similar complaint. Just thinking of all those people using this as a gem killer :(

Seemed like the perfect solution to keep the mold down in the cat's water fountain. Realized after about a month that it did not stop the mold from accumulating in the water holding area. Was not too concerned at this time because it was an experiment and probably doesn't work because the water is constantly moving. Then after 2 months the UVA light got extremely dim. You can tell that a large section of the UVA purple light was not working any more. I'm not sure if the UVC is still working or ever worked.
