This is an awesome third brake light. Very easy to install and man it's bight. Let me say this for other companies that want up to $200 for a third brake light this sure is a great deal., and much better looking when lit than the other companies.When you unlock the truck the white LED's are very bright. Don't expect this to really light up the bed like some LED strips or bed lights would. I don't care about that at night It's the convenience lighting I like about it. Hard to see in the pictures because they are so bright but the brake light is rectangular in shape, and is hollow in the center where the white LED's are.They are so bright that it appears to be one solid light in the pictures.They can also be set up to strobe 5 times each time you apply the brakes and that function can be turned off, I have mine set to strobe to get the drivers behind you attention.I think this light is different than most of the other boring designs, which I like and looks awesome. You might just as well replace the bulbs to LED's all the other assemblies look the same Although this has a rubber/foam seal on the back the one thing I am going to keep an eye on it. The seal doesn't appear to be around the edges of the brake light assembly it's more or less around the center of the assembly . I will find out during the next rain or when it gets sunny enough to pour water on the cab and see if it leaks or not. If it dose I will update this review and let potential customers know. I have Auto and Marine rubber sealant that if it dose leak I will just put some around the backing and edges of the light and reinstall it.Reference the cargo light. Some reviewers on here complain that the light points upward, and it dose but to make it sound like it's useless is stupid. I think these people want a million candle watt spot light shining into their truck bed which is redonkulous. At night and for this price it works very well for what a third brake light was designed forI hope this opinion of mine helps everyone with their decision

This was easy to install and it looks modern, up to date and works great.

I put these on my 2019 Ram Rebel. Install took 2 minutes and I didnt have to look up how to install as it was super easy They look great, not the brightest I have ever seen but perfect for a normal use situation.

Perfect fit for 2013-2018 RAM 1500. Literally a 5 minute install. Unit has a foam back seal I recommend putting a bead of silicone across the top and sides for added water repel of water. Must have factory supplied screws to install. Plug and play with the flash switch easy access on or off, your choice. brake light very bright works well. Bed light not very bright just OK and does not shine down into bed just across the top. It will work so that you can see things in the bed but not in great detail. Could use a second row of white LED lights pointed more down towards the bed. I left my five times flash on for now. It is attention gathering but not obnoxious in it’s flash. This one is a better stop lamp than the previous replacement smoked lamp. The previous Smoked replacement lamp had a better bed light for rose projecting into bed. Stop lamp wasn’t so great on that and in fact it ingested some water after about two years and stopped working which is why I had to replace it. This is a super easy swap out if you need to replace it. Great stop-lamp bed lamp is just ok. Good value as long as it doesn’t leak. We shall see!

Cleaned around where the old seal was at then installed this new light and it hasn't leaked been raining almost all week. Works great super bright and cool looking.

The bed and brake light looks amazing. That being said, the light does not counter sink like the OEM light. The light only has two mounting holes instead of the OEM four. The gasket quality is also questionable. If this light were to leak, water would go straight into the head liner and ceiling air bags. I'm opting out.

Great product! Was as advertised! Very easy to install and it made the hubby happy! So win win!

Rams are known for leaking CHMSL, damaging the cab. On the 5th gen DT model, 2019 + , RAM added 2 screws to ensure the foam is evenly compressed and does not allow water ingress. They also added a 2nd foam strip to the top of the light to give it another layer of protection. This aftermarket light has neither and leaves a fairly large gap between it and the body of the truck. I don't trust that it wont leak, so i've filled the crack with silicone to be safe rather than sorry on my Limited. As others have mentioned, the LED's in the center face back, not down, so it doesn't illuminate the box well and is a bit blinding if you're standing behind the truck.Brake light seems OK otherwise. I hope it will last a long time. Not sure why my Limited didn't come with a rear LED tail light but now it has one! I'm happy about that.
