Great flavor! Not too hot.

Delicious jerky the way I grew up eating. Some is a bit fatty but the rest have a great flavor. I’ll buy again.

This is carne seca style jerky. It's paper thin, crispy/crunchy and DRY. No brown sugar treatment here. If you like that type of jerky, this is one of the BEST I've had! Flavor of the green chile is great, without being overly hot or drowning out the beef flavor. The beef flavor isn't gamey or too weak either, its a solid flavor profile, and somehow, manages to carry just a touch of fatty creaminess that gives it a solid mouthfeel without the sensation of drying the mouth out. I wasn't paid, bribed, or enticed to write this review, nor am I affiliated with the company. I'll be trying the red or christmas for the next bag.

I have been enjoying this jerky for many many years. the saying; "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", happened. sorry! I went over the other local jerky. that is now my five star home town jerky.

Don’t expect rubbery tough jerky.This is crisp dried beef in thin sheets that snaps when you bite it.Good as a snack or in my favorite peppers and beans.

I paid a premium price for this jerky that was supposed to have a green chili flavor but did not. Very disappointing.

I love how this product just melts in my mouth! The flavor is just awesome!It would be nice if the company would send me some others with different flavors!Everyone, if you love jerky, buy this brand!

Awesome product, I like my beef jerkey on the dryer side and this was perfect.
