Washer was missing. It's okay for amusing the cat.

The ball is actually soft, decently made overall I thought it was a little pricey for a gift that the kids will probably only use once or twice

Can’t flick very hard or it falls over
This product is not very well made. The string came off the first day and if you flick the ball hard at all the whole thing falls. I was able to retie the string. It is still fun looking for a desk to but it can’t actually be used. The bottom needs to be heavier or have some kind of suction.

Missing pieces?
My daughter was very excited to receive this, but upon opening the package, we realized it was missing pieces to attach the pole to the base. Fortunately, her dad was able to fix it up so it would work.
