If you're buying it for the arch you may want to rethink
I'm torn on this kit because so much of it is excellent, the pump works so well I actually said wow. The rings for the arch are great, even the balloons they sent were amazing quality. However I mainly bought this for the arch and that is where the entire kit falls apart, the arch doesn't stay up on its own, you would need to tie it to a wall or something. Basically you have tent poles but they don't really form an arch but the weight of the balloons do bend it enough to arch it, and you have virtually nothing to hold the tent poles. The clamps have recesses that you are to sit the tent pole end in but it doesn't hold it or stop it from coming out.I had wondered if I could have hung a banner from the arch and that answer is not even close because it doesn't really hold even its own weight.

Great little gadget but it sometimes does not turn on. Not sure why but maybe it got over heated
