4 stars because it could be better but 5 for the price! We had a more expensive one that broke so bought a cheaper replacement for now. Anyone on a budget would love this. It wasn't as compatible as I thought but husband mixed and matched new/old pieces to fit it properly and VOILA! The spray is powerful but the head is smaller than my last and the cord to my last was retractable and this is not. Not a problem, but for me it makes me miss my old one so much more.

I am very disappointed in the facet. $50 doesn't buy much, but I expected a little more. First, the connection lines are different than normal. I took it to a known hardware store, and even they ask where I bought the facet due to the water connections. Second, there is a very fine line between hot and cold. There is no warm, it's either hot or cold. You either scorch your hands or they freeze. Third, the pull out part of the facet is loose and very cheap. Only a thin plastic sleeve holds the handle in. I am sure I will have to replace the facet in a year or so, and will not be buying from this vendor again.

The faucet works but the force of spray is very powerful and water goes everywhere. Also the button to switch from spray to stream comes completely off at timed and difficult to switch. If you try to lower the water pressure with the handle it often shuts all the way off. Very frustrating but better than nothing.

Cheap, Chinese knockoff! Even after replacing every one of the o-rings and seals, all of the fittings leak! The hose connections are a non-standard size and required adapters to go with my standard water valve connections. I ended up spending a little over 3 hours trying to make this work, but in the end the only solution was to go buy a name-brand faucet.It's made to look good, but the fit & functionality are absolute garbage! Don't waste your time or money.

Faucet head began to leak at the join seam after 5 months. I just ordered and installed a replacement.I payed more for the replacement head than I did for the whole unit.You get what you pay for😞

love this was easy to install not even have to use the weight to help with the handle to go back into the faucet
