i dont even know what to say ? someone needs to explain why this book had two separate endings! first u thought the book was ending on a happy note then the next u reading a horrible ending totally wrong

This story was intense! After reading it all I can say is wow. Avalyn's journey was doomed from the moment she married Darren, she just hadn't realized it yet. It is a dark romance in so many ways but has a light that quickly fades to black with an ending that will blow your mind. Ms. Priestley has out done herself with this story. It grabs you right from the beginning keeping you on the edge of your seat only to have your emotions shattering all over the place in the end.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This book keeps you interested waiting for what will happen next! And there are some steamy scenes that will get your blood pressure up a bit.

I haven’t been able to read a fiction book in a very long time, until now. I picked up this book, read about 20% of the book, then put it down, when I picked it up again, I couldn’t stop reading it and finished the rest in just a few hours. Amazing book, great story line and well written. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love this book. Twists and turns, sex and violence. It's captivating and I couldn't put it down. More than once I gasped in shock, laughed out loud or awwwwwwed in sadness. Brilliant story. Can't wait to read more. Well done Billiejo x
