First of all, I love the color. I love that it sits nicely and doesn't depend on a suction bottom to stay in place. It has an anti-slip bottom. It is easy to hold with the left hand (or right if preferred) while sharpening your scissors or knives. The entire block behind it of knives just got sharpened and they are now like brand new. I love that there were instructions with it, and on the box. You won't regret buying these. They aren't made of plastic either. Love, love, love them.

I was skeptical at first because I have purchased several other sharpening systems in the past and never been totally satisfied, but this one really does work, and work well. I highly recommend it as safe, easy to use, and small enough to store easily.

I have certain scissors and it is difficult to sharpen since they don't open far enough. Just received it and so far worked very well

This is by far the best sharpener I have ever used. I have used to Sharpen my expensive Pampered Chef knives and Henkel Knives. It’s so good that I have recommended this one to my son who just moved out on his own taking my Pampered Chef Knives with him. Its so easy to use and bonus there is a sharpener for scissors. So now I don’t have to throw away my sicissors and get new ones. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I mostly use 3 & 4. But when the knives are really dull like my knives were I used all three and boy do they come out sharp. If you are using the knive for a long period of time like any other knife you will have to resharpen. I keep this right next to knife block so its always at my fingertips.

Easy to hold is the only positive I can think of this sharpener. After pulling blades of two kitchen knives for half an hour I can't tell any difference. I tried #3 and #4 ceramic and result is the same - utterly dull edge. waste of money. old and trusted sharpening stone in costrast made the same two knives razor sharp in five minutes. the only reason I wanted this sharpener is for knives with curved baldes.

compared to traditional sharpener, this one is much easier to use for noob like me
