The fan works really great and I am pleased

The motor is strong and blade is pretty solid

I’ve been through a few of these fans and this one is working fine so far, will update in a month or two.

I used it for my rv bathroom vent simple to install wires are color coated, one thing to watch out for. Make sure fan is blowing the right way, if it isn't you can reverse the way fan blows, by reversing wres or turning fan around. Really simple installation!

The media could not be loaded.  The fan blade is the opposite shape than the exhaust fan in my RV (it "blows" instead of "sucks"). I reversed the wires on the motor to make it run backwards & the fan works fine now. The motor & fan are probably as quiet as mine was years ago & much more quiet than it has been recently.The motor in my RV restroom exhaust fan had a bushing that went bad & has been making a terrible squeal for a few years. I ordered this fan kit mostly for the replacement motor but I also replaced the fan blade. The motor was a nearly direct replacement Mabuchi 540 style with a long, keyed shaft.The fan blade just presses on to the motor shaft like the original.The fan runs off of 12V DC (like a car's electrical system) so it isn't dangerous & doesn't require an electrician's special tools or knowledge. Some experience with DC wiring is necessary to install the motor. This job took me about an hour but I spent way more time disassembling, cleaning & re-assembling the fan housing than installing & wiring the motor.

We haven't installed it yet because we had to go buy screws for it. Shouldn't they have come with it?

Good quality, simply replaced broken blades on my motor after slight trim on ends with small grinder. Now I have extra motor for about 4 bucks more than blades cost by themselves. Great value.

I ordered this to keep as a spare in our RV.Overall it’s not bad though it’s not packaged well and has no instructions. The motor is freely kicking around in the box with no bubble wrap.One important thing to note this does NOT come with any RV specific connections. So you’ll want to keep some on your RV tool kit. I do not recommend pre-crimping the necessary ends on because if you ever trade in your RV or give this to another camper in need they may have to clip off those ends to use this with any other RV/travel trailer.Overall, I’m glad I have this.
