Pretty easy install if your familiar with basic electrical and turning a socket. I slid the box up an extension ladder myself and unboxed on the roof. Had no issues. I replaced a Coleman 13k that came with my jayco octane 36ft tt, this is definitely a little better than that, but I had higher expectations from this 15.5k. I realize that my trailer probably should have come with two ac's but I think this will do unless its above 95degrees out... At 85 out it takes a couple hours to get inside down to 73ish, my old one would only get down to 75ish. I would like to look into the thermostat options as the manual was the only thing available when I needed this...

We have this on our camper van. Cools super quick and very quiet. Easy to install with a second set of hands. We are able to run it off of a 30' extension cord with out tripping a breaker.

This product was delivered with a loose box on the upper unit.

Works great. It has been installed for about 6 months. Easy install, only difficult part is getting in on the roof. People complain about the noise but it is what it is… a RV AC unit.
