This is a great probiotic that has been easy on my stomach and seems to be making for less digestive issues and more regularity. Spicy foods seem to agree with me a little more when I take these. I also am a firm believer in digestive health being paramount to overall health. I have heard and firmly believe that all diseases start in the gut whether it's nutrition not being absorbed or toxins being released through digestion into the system because there is not enough good bacteria. I definitely recommend!
