Measure yourself first and then order accordingly, as it fits true to size in my experience. I'm 5'4" and a siE 12-14 women's & 13-15 juniors. The "boning" in it bends and pokes you in your sides ESPECIALLY when sitting down. All in all I would recommend this waist trainer.

I dislike the lines that comes out when you wear them. It’s too stretchy for me I wore it 5 times and it’s already feels like it’s not doing any progress. So I stop wearing them. I’m disappointed, I don’t usually comment on any products that I purchased online but this one I have to, I hope they can do something about it so the future buyers wouldn’t be as disappointed as me.

Omg! I saw results within a few days. This product is no joke! I love it! I ordered the MEDIUM size trainer and within a couple of days I had to use the last hooks. I now feel like I need a small. I wear it mostly at night and I sleep with it. It is comfortable enough that I can breathe and eat with it. It has reduce my lower back pain as well. I did notice that it makes my skin itch but I figure out that I can wear it on top of a tank top and is still does the job. However, I don’t think that the itch is due to an allergic reaction I think is more because it gets hot and there is sweat but the tank top strategy works well and it is still comfortable. I recommend this product. It is also true to size.

Just got this today. It was a little tricky to get on, but once it was on correctly, the back support was good. It's comfortable enough to wear during the day, but bathroom breaks can be a pain. I finally got the hang of moving/sitting/etc in it and I would definitely get this again. I'll see how it goes over the next few weeks and update the review at that time.

Don’t get a smaller size thinking it’s gonna get your waist smaller it’s not it just won’t fit it’s gonna hurt to put on and really uncomfortable

im 5'2 at 185lbs. with a 42 in waist. i ordered an Xlarge.the first time out of the pack i was like dang its too small. i had to lay on the bed and suck it in, and finally got it on it was nice and snug, sucked everything in and was surprisingly comfortable. wore it for about 5 hours never rode up or bunched up, i even forgot i had it on. and i love that you can adjust the shoulder straps.. second time putting it on i didnt have to lay on the bed so it stretched a little bit but the fit feels the same as the first time i wore it. its perfect for the price. good material, no complaints so far!
