Installed, works great. Decreases clutter around plugs in kitchen

Product works as described, was fairly easy to install. I used it to extend power to the other side of the bed in a Truck Camper. Only one side of the head of the bed had an outlet so I tapped into that outlet and extended another wire to the other side and installed an electrical box and this outlet. Chose this one because of the dual USB ports so I don't need to use adapters. My 13 year old Truck Camper doesn't have any USB charging ports so this is a nice upgrade.Have seen bad reviews for similar products describing screws not holding the electrical wires in place. The screws are not meant to have wire wrapped around them. These outlets are designed with holes to feed the wire into and then the screw is turned to clamp the wire internally in the fixture (per the instructions included in the package). A very nice feature because the bare wire is completely enclosed and not exposed to fingers or metal objects.

So when installing these plugs, do not remove the screw that holds the white and hot wires in place. They have a screw holder in them, and once the screw is removed, the holder falls making this plug worthless. No where in the instruction does it say this. The black box on the back of the plug is rather large compared to other models.

Lasted about 2 months before it died. USB outlets were too loose I guess to make a connection? I would still recommend, as long as you:1. don't charge any electronic devices with it, like cell phones (rapid connection/disconnection will rapidly shorten battery life)2. replace outlet every month. Personally not willing to do that, plus it's a lot more garbage into the landfill.

What else do you need, other than it works great, super easy to install and charges well.

Product works as expected, charges fairly quick, its compact, fits in the socket snug. Installation was pretty simple. Only thing that takes points away from this is the safety mechanism built into the socket. It has some kind of push back safery I am guessing that prevents you jamming things into the socket. Maybe a child proofing thing. Good idea however bad design. In adding this, it made the socket very hard to plug things into. Even following directions on how to insert the plug still makes plugging into this socket an unwarranted excersize by itself. WHo would want to be fumbling the coffee makers plug at 6am cursing and trying to jam that plug in?

I am a professional magician, this receptacle works just as good as the ones that cost three times as much at the major hardware stores.

取り付けできました。60HZのみで50hzには対応していない模様。東日本の50hz帯の地域では4.13Vぐらいしか出ない計算ですねiPhoneとタブレットの同時充電してます。タブレット2台は不明元から付いていたものに合わせるためカバーを削って無理やり対応。パナソニックの取り付け台にはネジの位置が違うためそのままでは取り付きません。ホームセンターでプラスチックの部材を買い、4枚目の切り取った部分をかませて無理やり取り付けたら、まー自分のうちなら我慢できるかなという程度にはなりました値段でパナソニックからこっちを選ぶなら手間的にパナの選んだほうがいいかも
