holds heavy items
This item is small, which I have no problems about as I just wanted a trolley for very heavy,s items that I could not carry such as large bag of rice, large bottle of cooking oil and cartons of juice. The good thing about the trolley is that it is sturdy and I was able to place two cases of water which is a plus for me. Trolley may feel a little wobbly and does take a little getting use too, but overall really does the job that I want it to do.

Does what it says on the tin
I have mobility issues now and wanted something to get laundry from kitchen to washing line. I have to manouvre steps and thought this would help. It isn't as sturdy as I would have liked and not as big as I thought but getting up and down steps seemed quite good. Only time will tell whether it works loaded with wet laundry. Fingers crossed !

Not the best trolley
Not the best trolley. It rattles and if you try put too heavy it folds and the latches will be released and all your shopping will fall.Expensive for not really good. Done buy. Buy a normal one with normal wheels the stair 3 wheel is useless and more expensive.

Very small
It’s very small, looks more like something for children or if you’re going to carry very little in it. I didn’t see much usefulness in a shopping trolley that small and flimsy so I returned it.

Nearly, but quite.
Everything I wanted, except it's smaller than it appears in the listing. Given that, it's still fit for purpose, and much better than the old one. It's sturdy, can be used to move large boxes etc, not just shopping. The brakes, one reason I chose this one, are a brilliant addition, as are the 'stair climbing' wheels.
