I am using this bottle for the first time today at work. I wanted a metal water bottle and insulated because I'm not a fan of ice and I don't want a bunch of condensation. I poured cold water from my fridge in it this morning with a couple squirts of lemon juice. It's been 5 hours and the water, without ice in it, is still as cold as it was when I took it out of the fridge. There has been no condensation nor does the bottle even feel cold on the outside. I like the handle on the lid for easy carrying and the neat little bag that comes with it is great for that, too. I ordered the solid red 40 oz bottle. I had to use a long handled sponge to get down to the bottom to wash it. I'll have to see if I can find one with a longer handle because mine barely reaches the bottom.Update 5 months later: I still love this bottle. It travels with me to work every day and there is not a scratch on it. I haven't dropped it and not in the habit of banging it against anything either. It keeps my water ice cold for the entire work day and beyond. I sometimes use it at night at home and the water is still ice cold in the morning. I highly recommend the flip and sip stein lid. I like that much better than the lid that came with the bottle. Both bottle and lid are easy to clean. I only put water with some lemon juice in mine. I handwash with soapy hot water (bought a long handled silicon brush just for the bottle) and let air dry. I haven't seen any rust in the bottle. I also haven't had any issues with mold anywhere on the lid. This has really helped me increase my daily water intake.Update 7/15/21: I dropped my 40 oz bottle onto the concrete garage floor and it wrinkled the metal in such a way to create a sharp edge. So I ordered a new bottle. I was sad to see the 40 oz size wasn’t available but the 32 oz does fine and I love the hombre coloring.

It looks great, keeps beverages cold at least forever, and hot beverages hot almost that long. I have filled it with carbonated water, which I guess if anything would leak that would do it, and not a drop. I use a bottle brush to clean it, and after a month it is still like brand new.The finish is great. The top fits well, and as I said, does not leak. I am not surprised at any of this though as I have had the Healthy Human insulated tumbler, used it every day for two months, and it is still as good looking as the day I bought it. It keeps beverages just as cold or hot for just as long. These people make wonderful products.Update 04/08/12: I've had this bottle for 4 months, and love it. It keeps cold cold and hot hot forever. The finish, after a lot of heavy use is perfect. When the weather finally broke and I started riding my bike, I decided I would add a water bottle cage to my bike and take the bottle with me... not easy to do as the diameter of the bottle is 3-1/2 inches and most bottle cages will not accommodate anything close to that. After a lot of looking (this is NOT a commercial, just information) I found a water bottle cage that would hold something this big. I had to spread the holding arms slightly to hold the bottle, but it now fits perfectly (see the photos). It's cold today but I took the bike out for a bumpy ride to see it if would hold tight, and it did.I still highly recommend this bottle. It is perfect. I have never had anything that held up or performed as will as it does. If you're a bike rider, this cage is a good addition. I'm sure there are more out there that would work, but I just couldn't find any. I hope all of this helps.

I have two of these bottles: brushed steel and black. They are beautiful and very well made. It looks and feels like a real quality product. The surface of the bottle has a nice matte finish.They are relatively light weight, yet robust. What I like about them is that the liquid does not contact plastic parts. The plastic cap makes closing and opening of the lid very easy (plastic on steel has little friction), but the plastic does not touch the liquid, so that it does not taste like plastic. Anf of course they do what they have to do: keep my liquids cold for a very long time. The large opening makes drinking easy and also insertion of ice cubes. I have not tried warm liquids, but that should work as well.The spot underneath the bottom where they have evacuated the double wall, has been sealed seemlessly. Seems like welded. Looks very robust. I also own a cheaper bottle of a different brand and that bottle has been sealed with a metal disc that seems to have been glued on the evacuation hole.I think that is a less robust solution which increases the risk of air leaking in.Maybe the best part of this bottle is the customer service. I am a very picky customer and had some questions. My questions were answered very quickly and friendly. This is a professional bottle from a professional company, and is definitely worth the higher price!

I love this bottle. I have been using it for around 6 months already. It's keeps my drinks really cold for at least a day. It seems durable - so far no scratches or dents. I use it out and about everyday. It is not just cushioned at home all day. I love the lids which makes it super easy to carry around. The attached clip helps with being able to attach my keys or a hair tie. It also looks really sleek and I find it to not be super heavy.I took off one star because the first time I used it my ice didn't melt for over 24 hours and then after that my ice didn't last nearly as long. My drink still stayed cold though so I'm still happy with it.
