These are exactly what they say they are, temporary tattoos that you can put anywhere. I think the overall quality of the tattoo material is very good. We all enjoyed putting these on each other after a couple drinks. Make sure that only the back side of the tattoo gets wet. I have rarely used temporary tattoos, and I only screwed up two designs. If your skin under the tattoo is wet, then the tattoo will smudge. These stayed on into the night and some of our friends even still had them on the following morning. Warm soapy water and a washcloth is all you need to get this off. I also use Noxema all the time, and I think it helped to get rid of any leftover. I think you are supposed to put the eye tattoos on your eyelids. It would look awesome if you could actually do it.I also gave a couple to my students as prizes.
