Big Bear Bowie Jacaranda Wood Hunting Knife with Leather Sheath

Easily the sharpest out of box knife I've ever owned. Bought 2. Use one for camping chores. The other I'm saving for well... you know. If it ever comes to that.

This hunting knife is worth 5 stars in the right hands. The handle is just to small for me. There were no other issues with this blade that Puma produces.It is a well made knife. The blade is very sharp with clean grind angles. Not to point heavy even with the large blade. The jacaranda wood scales look good next to the brass bolster and the mosaic center pin is a nice touch. I would have kept it if the handle was larger.I didn't think to give it to my brother. He has Trump hands. I've given him enough cutlery over the years. Almost five stars Puma.WSJJr

Blade is a very good concave grind that is hair popping sharp out of the box. I have small hands but if you have large hands, you’ll find the handle too small. Slabs did not quite match the tang but is not much of an issue. Otherwise very nice craftsmanship and a good buy for the price. Comes with a well made leather sheath.

I now own several of their knives and love each one.
