So fun to use and they came with easy instructions.

Bought this set of metal brain teasers as a Christmas gift for my husband. They are packaged very nicely and can either remain in their slots in the box or be stored in the included cheesecloth bag. The pieces are really sturdy and the 2 inch+ size is easy to handle. However, the answer instructions could be better. I tried following them just to see how well they were done. I eventually solved the puzzles I tried, but not because I knew I was definitely doing what was being instructed. I was surprised a few times when the pieces came apart! Either way, it was still fun!

The puzzles themselves are good. But the picture shows and the description states that the puzzles come in "a thick plastic drawer box with one unit for each piece, making it easy to access and store." In actuality, the puzzles come loose in a thin and flimsy cardboard box with dividers that are unassembled. When assembled, the dividers are too small and the box too flimsy to be usable for divided storage.

I love getting my family different types of brain tests. And my family loved to sit and think about these each and there were some they could do alone. An then there were others that they did in teams. It is a great item to get them to get away from the screens and working together.

I put one puzzle in a small gift bag along with a gift card for each of my employees as a holiday gift. I'm sure they appreciated the gift card more, but the puzzles were a good distraction and prompted some fun conversations as they worked them out and traded them. Some employees figured them out right away. Others took longer. They are sturdy so you can't 'cheat' by forcing them open. They do come in a nice box if you are giving the set as a gift. The package rattles like a box of nails so it would be fun to wrap and put under the tree to tease someone for a few days.

Meh. Solved quickly, to easy.

Bought these for my stepson for Christmas who was 12, and all the adults ended up playing with them more than he did! He was convinced they’d never come apart, but got more hooked as we could start showing him they’re truly not impossible.
