FELIX THE CAT ANIMATED CLOCK

I love this Felix the Cat clock. I'm forever trying to find unique decor for my house and saw a similar clock on the wall of an apartment/house in the background of some show I was watching (can't remember which one). I immediately wanted one for myself and thus now have one on a once bare space to the left of my fridge. It's plastic, yes, but doesn't appear to be all that cheap and it's also not as loud as some of the reviewers would have you believe. You can hear it tick-tock but it's not annoying or distracting. It's actually a really homey sound likely due to the fact that my grandmother always had grandfather clocks in her house. In any event, I love this clock and it looks superb on my apricot colored kitchen wall. The swinging eyes and tail are great!

Felix's tail comes in contact with the sides of the opening so that there is a constant light knocking sound. I was aware of this as I read reviews prior to purchase. Since Felix is not in a bedroom, the noise is not bothersome. Clock seems to go through 2 batteries every 6 months. I got what I expected, so I have no complaints.

I wanted to wait until I had this clock awhile to review it and since I have had it a few months now I can say it still works well and it keeps precise time. The cat is larger than the other clock I had before called a Kit-Cat clock and I think it looks better. This clock has some personality and looks just like Felix the Cat. The tail swings wildly. It does make a fairly loud ticking sound when the tail goes back and forth so you probably wouldn't want one right by your bed. The large eyes tick back and forth and he has a huge smile. I love this clock and I am so glad I got this one.

Ordered this item as a X-mas gift. I arrived defective, the company took forever to contact me and then never followed through with sending a call tag. Amazon backed the purchase up with a refund gift card but the company was really bad.

stopped working

batteries wiggle loose do to tail and eye motion , but clock portion works well, have to tape batteries in to prevent from becoming loose so tail and eyes continue to work--kind of pain

This clock is absolutely darling. My husband's name is Felix and we enjoy having the clock with the same name. We've had it about 5 years now and he's still swinging his tail and moving his eyes. Everyone spots him right away in our kitchen and comments how cute he is. He's made of plastic but well done.

FELIX THE CAT ANIMATED CLOCK- We liked this so much that we are ordering 3 more for gifts. Delivery, packaging was very professional. Easy setup, put batteries in and tail on and it is ready to go. Tail and eyes move at the same time. Clock is not noisy- it's hanging in my bathroom next to the bedrooms. People love seeing it when they use the bathroom. ;-)  FELIX THE CAT ANIMATED CLOCK
