Health hazard!
No matter what I do (and I followed all the steps to the letter) this thing does not clear wax. Beware of the blue silicone brush, the head comes off very easily. Luckily it came off when I wiped it gently with a sterile wipe. This could have come off in my ear and then it would have been a trip to the Doctors or Hospital to get it out . It also came with a metal scraper, not an ideal tool to put into your ear canal. Do yourself a favour and don't buy this, mine is in the bin. Next time I'll read the reviews before I buy something.

Works well but preparation necessary
This device works well but there's no instructions included and no advice how to use. To successfully remove ear wax you must first soften it, then it will come out. See the advice on Specsavers' website for wax removal in its audiology section. They require you to put Earol drops in the ear before a treatment. The same is true for this device: you should use Earol for a couple of days to soften the wax then it can be suctioned out.It's probably also unwise to use the ear wax removal instruments included in the pack which can easily damage the ear.

Poor quality
Suction is quite good and it’s easy to use but sadly the end pieces of attachments are poor quality they are loose and wobbly making it difficult to remove the wax. I have tried using different speeds and even getting some one else to assist it’s still not doing what it should

Does suck , but not hard enough
Bought for son , has some wax buildup, works to an extent, but my son still had to go to professional to get ears cleared and paid £70. This devise suitable for babies and children not adults, I'm retuning

Fun but be careful
It's totally worth it. Simple, useful, effective, worth the price. Amazing product. Very helpful.Easy to set up It was super easy to get acclimated to using the camera and navigating the ear canal. I was able to clean his VERY disgusting and blocked ears ,If you are in doubt at all, don’t be, and get it.

I received the item which was not tested prior to dispatch. it is just time wasting.
