Definitely a must have if your looking to purchase a security key
It works without issue so far except for using with Microsoft. For some reason their the only ones that reject adding it to the account with an error stating please use a different key. Otherwise I love that it's USB C, as well as the 3 different options to use it. (USB, Bluetooth and NFC.)

More connectivity, more problems.
When it works, it's really magical, but adding bluetooth means batteries. It's a lot more fidgety than my (growing) pile of purely USB-based keys. I've even had trouble getting it set up as a USB key on a Windows device, possibly because of low battery? The manual QR code goes to a PDF for a different device, and my first unit appears to have arrived DOA, thankfully resolved quickly by Amazon. Still, as someone with a bunch of different devices, this is a good keychain authenticator, with something perhaps a little more reliable stored safely at home. If you don't NEED the bluetooth and NFC functions, maybe consider the K28 instead? In my experience, it's far more reliable.

Smaller then i thought
The product is alot smaller then you would think. i have not successfully you the nfc to auth anything. nice looking works thru a usb-c dongle if needed on a computer with out usbc

BLE doesn't work on MacBook
I'm kindda bummed that Bluetooth doesn't work on MacBook. USB works fine out of the box though. NFC also works on my phone with zero issues.
