Although the shower head isn't the highest volume it works just fine and it looks incredible in my modern spa bathroom

If any one want more pressure in the shower head ...
If any one want more pressure in the shower head you need to remove the little o ring in the shower head.

Head is unusable as is.
While this looks great, it has an added flow restrictor for drought-stricken CA (for which they jack up the price). After installing, we realized that they did nothing to create any kind of pressure for that extra charge. The output was a pathetic trickle, about a quart of water in 15 minutes. We took needle nosed pliers and removed the flow restrictor. I'm glad we got this as an open box item for less than half the price. It is unusable as is.If you really want one, save money and order the non-CA version and have it delivered to someone you know in another state. Or just remove the flow restrictor.

Great looking, nice spray pattern
If you are upgrading your bathroom and want a high-styled contemporary shower set, this is definitely one to consider. Be sure to order the Moen 2570 rough-in posi-temp valve at the same time, as you need both products for your installation.

Waste of money.
If you enjoy showering, don't buy this shower head. The flow is pathetic, to the point where I am almost cold in the shower even with the water running hot. It's hard to even wash the shampoo out of my hair.I suppose if you're used to extremely lo-flow shower heads this might be acceptable to you, but coming from a standard shower head, this was a real disappointment.
