Cate & Levi - Fleece Hand Puppet - Handmade in Canada - Great for Storytelling (Dragon)

The quality is not as good as another one I bought off amazon. Very small. I can barely fit my hand in it.

As a Primary Teacher, I had recently ordered and received this puppet & others like this. As first, I was skeptical... However, when I received and played with it. Here is my response. . . "Soft to the touch, Easy to Use, Excellent Hand Control with Mouth, Fun & Inviting colors . . . PERFECT!"The downside . . . It's expensive in comparison to other puppets for it's size.Future thought: I hope this is durable in the long run

It's not 12". It is only 10". It is unfortunate if they feel that if the ears were not sewn down that would mean 12" because they are sewn down and therefore it is only 10". I envisioned it being larger proportionately due to this. Perhaps the seller should show it on the hand of a child model since this is about the size it is. However, since it does fit my hand well enough and is rather cute, I decided to keep it. If it were a little larger, I would have given it 5 stars.

I bought this and 2 other hand puppets by Cate and Levi to use while I am deployed to entertain my daughter on facetime. She loves them! She is one year old and claps and smiles as soon as they come into view. The colors are bright and materials are well made. The puppy is her favorite but she loves them all. Thank you for such a great product!

Great for younger kids that have a tendency to put things in their mouth. The eyes and nose are sewn on well and I can't see a child getting them to come off. You would definitely notice before hand. This puppet is made for women and children to use. My husbands large hands would NOT fit into the puppet. There is a little stretch to this puppet so maybe a man with very small hands could use it. It is a nice fleece and the mouth moves very easily. I considered maybe restitching the seams because someone said they came apart. It doesn't look like the seams will come apart but if they did I would restitch it then. Overall, I am glad I purchased it for my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter.

Soft, durable. Purchased for an 8 and 2 year old and one for myself to have some fun as a family. A bit pricey in my opinion but also feel durable. Made in Canada, worth the cost. My hands fit in the puppet and it works fine, a child’s hand of course fits better.Overall I think they’re pretty great. Simple, soft, durable, made to have fun.Also, reviews upset because “it’s not durable for a dog toy”.......well obviously. It’s a children’s toy and I would definitely purchase again. I like the look of the wool ones but thought they might be too warm on the hand.

I bought this for my toddler son. I think it's the cutest puppet offered by the seller/maker. It's sewn well and my son loves it. I wanted to make sure it was cute instead of creepy like some other puppets out there-- and this shark one is wonderful! My daughter put googly eyes over the X-eyes to help it be more cute (instead of dead-looking with the eyes with X's).

The one I received looks like the picture. I purchased the wool version in the dog pattern, as well, and I think I like that one more. Nothing wrong with this one at all. The other is just my current favorite.I bought knight in shining armor decals for the walls of the nursery (I change out the decals with the theme "story time" to keep interest and play going). I think this will work well with those.I appreciate the company making toys that I don't feel may contain toxins.I do wish the eyes were not "Xs".Hope this helps.

Looks amazing! Fits my hand perfectly and the puppet is nicely stitched. It’s definitely a great gift for new parents! The bright colours are very stimulating for a baby. It’s also a nice way to make parents play with their child and to develop social and communication skills.

I appreciate the fact that this is handmade and handmade in Canada! I picked this up as a Christmas gift for a four year old who is on the spectrum. I wanted something comforting and the puppy dog seemed to be the best choice as it wasn't overwhelming in its design like the unicorn and it was a familiar object unlike the dragon. The soft fleece and the fact that it fit a small hand were all selling points for me. Since I won't actually be able to be present when he opens it, I am keeping my fingers crossed he loves it!

I'm really liking these Cate & Levi puppets. We have the monkey and beaver, now, and looking forward to growing our collection. Well made, soft...perfect size. My toddler is loving them, too. Highly recommend.

Super cute! Very nice quality, fleecy, the eyes are just fabric (not buttons) my baby likes him! Will by from these guys again!

A wonderful and fun little hand puppet, the children love it of course.
