Easy, clean and more comfortable feeling.
Its easy to install.Cheaper then these awful Br…a filters and it gives me somewhat a feeling of yes I’m doing all I can with limited resources to keep us a bit more healthy. I would love to have a very good built in filter on my tap water system but its financially not possible at the moment and perhaps not worth it looking forward. Living in South East London here where the water is HARD. And I mean DIRTY HARD.I’m from the continent and am really not used to this at all. Every pan I cook with has to be boiled with citric acid to get rid of hard water residues. Unbelievable. Its for me a reason to actually leave this country. Amongst a lot of other things. We pay a lot for everything in this country but we get nothing slightly ‘pleasant’ back, but good enough to work constant overtime in the hospital because staff has had enough of being used and are leaving. Not looking after your staff does just that. Listen to me venting out here on Amazon. 🤣🤣☺️Thank you for this. It sorts this out (somewhat) for the time being.👍🏼

It helps
I could not drink the water at home it was making ill, stays in bed really sick. Using charcoal filter did help now I can drink it. Brita use it in their water filters.Reviews vary and for sure it is charcoal therefore it can brake. You just have to try it of course there are some fake on the market unless you are a pro you could not tell. Real ones are heavier and thicker. If not happy send them back. Just cleaned with hot water not boiled, mine is a small on for water bottle. However I use it in 4L water Dispenser, for a couple of days the water has a taste but now it is gone.My niece uses it as her tape water was causing damage to her skin like spsoriasis and since using the charcoal filter her skin is improving again.

Works well with my tap water
I dislike having to buy bottled water and thought I'd try this charcoal stick instead of yet another Britta filter that will just end up in landfill after a month since no one recycles them. After a couple of hours, my tapwater doesn't taste like chlorine or metal anymore, and if I leave it in for four or more hours it tastes really good. As far as I can tell, it's not filtering out any microorganisms or anything like that, so I wouldn't use it on iffy water, but for regular tapwater it works well.

High quality product and packaging
The charcoal stick is clean and neatly packaged. Inserting into the metal coil is straightforward. The metal might cause very minor scratches in plastic bottles if it gets repeatedly moved/twisted around. Filtration itself seems to work. No detectable difference in taste for me.

Cleans water
I use this inside the addis jug I bought for use in the fridge at work. It does exactly what it says, it neutralises any residual nasties and ensures the water you drink is very clean. It certainly tastes very clean straight out of the jug and I can use the water to boil for tea and coffee. Very good product.
