Like a new pair of shoes
I’m a chef and have worn Birkenstock Birki’s for most of my 20+ years in the kitchen because they are comfortable, slip resistant & waterproof. The actual rubber on the shoes last for several years, but the cork footbed needs replacing about every 12 months. So I spend $40 on the insoles. That $40 gets me a “brand new” pair of shoes! I use a flat head screwdriver driver to clean out the grooves in the bottom of the shoes, scrub the inside & outsides with warm soapy water and insert the new footbeds. Just like new!!!

Fits exactly the same as original insoles; feel hard. Not recommended.
