The greaseproof paper is very thin BT really quite strong. I will be using it to wrap pieces of cake that are 14.5 cm deep. The cake will be covered in buttercream so therefore rather greasy. I needed a decent product. This fits the bill with my trial run. I have had a piece of cake wrapped for 3 days now which will be longer than needed and it has only just absorbed ghe butter in the buttercream. Would recommend.
