I had open heart surgery in 2007, and have had shortness-of-breath ever since. I place this on my upper ribs and I can breathe normally now. Very grateful. I bought 4 more because I may never find an answer to why this is happening and I know this compression band works so I don’t have shortness-of-breath.

Not many to choose from on Amazon but the price was great and the product is good quality. It could be a little wider for breast area but it's still a good buy. I have not used it to workout yet since I'm not in that stage of healing.

I love this band. It keeps my goodies in one place. Everytime I move the girls move as well and sometimes causes pain. When I lean forward to pick up something you worry that it might cause pain, and sometimes it does cause pain. With this elastic band, it keeps them from moving around, so if you use this and lean forward, it doesn’t hurt much or it doesn’t hurt at all. Right now, when I move around my girls feel as if i have bruises as if you have done an upper body chest workout. I am on the 3rd day of my surgery and feel great.didn’t get this band from a Docter but I bought it for myself when I noticed women wearing it and saying it helps. I say it helps with pain because it presses them down and holds them in place. If you try to go to the bathroom even if you get help the girls move around. So this helps a lot. Best decision I made in a long time. I put the band at the bottom and at the mid parts where my nips are located not necessarily on the top where the Docter tells you to put the band on. They tell you to use it so you can get them down faster, but I don’t need to do that, I know they will come down on their own. I just wanted a compression band to keep them in place just incase I need to grab something from my table. This is also good when you are in a car and the driver steps on pot holes and ur goodies even if they are hard, they move a little which causes pain or discomfort.Buy it you will be using the band when you exercise after the Docter says it’s okay for you to exercise to keep them from moving.
