When you use the side guide, go to the next recommended size.I used the measure to know the diameter of my thigh as guided in the measure guide and selected the size based on the measure. The delivered sleeves were very tight.The material of the sleeves is very good.

I have started walking to reduce my weight while walking weight getting reduced but it I have noticed that i am getting another issue that is knee pain , I could not sleep because of knee pain I have tried some of the knee brace non of them give me result but this one gave me perfect result , after putting this I have noticed the change after wearing this I got relief from my pain and now I can sleep properly , now I am planning to my another pair of this for walking partner

good material compared to its price. the washing is pretty easy too for I washed it in the machine once now and no change to the material afterwards. good knee support overall

It fit to medium circumference as advertised (little tight) but over all good product.
