I have VERY high foot arches and didn't know so until I recently started a serving job. I would come home from a shift with extremely sore feet and hip soreness (that would be outright pain the next morning). I tried different shoes and one other pair of inserts, which were not effective. I tried these and OMG I cannot go back! I've now used these in my work shoes for four months and can say with utter confidence that the pain I'd feel in my feet and hips after working are gone because of these inserts! To be honest they're hard and uncomfortable the first few times of use. But I promise if you have high arches like me, these will save your body in the long run if you work on your feet! These were also a little too long, but it was easy to trim down to fit my shoea.

Bought these for my walking shoes. When I first put them on, the arch support seems a bit extreme, but within a few minutes, they feel pretty comfortable. They definitely have improved the comfort of these particular shoes.

These fit well in most of my gym shoes, and were comfortable. They cut down a lot of the pain in my feet from non supportive shoes. Unfortunately once weight is applied, the supports don't hold enough to prevent the knees from shifting inwards, as they sink slightly when standing.

The insert had a high arch which I liked but the heel cup was too thick. My foot slipped too much in the back of several shoes I tried them in.

I would continue to repurchase this insert. I have been a long insert user and was pretty exclusive to Vionic inserts but will repurchase these aswell. They are more affordable and are pretty good. High arch the only difference I see is that the high arch is reinforced with plastic which takes an adjustment time. With Vionic it’s more flexible.

Comfy. Releaved back pain while walking. Helps to walk correctly. I highly recommend these for high arches.

These inserts are suppose to be support for high arches, they are soft and collapse, they do not do anything very disappointed and a waste of money

I don't like how it feels, it hurts my feet. Makes the inside of my feet uncomfortable and pains me.
