Does the job well.
Except the lack of of etched number code below the IND hologram, this thing is as good if not better than the RTO issued one. MH RTO is refusing to issue HSRP/BH series for older vehicles, the owners of vehicle relocating to HSRP mandated states can go to hell for all they care.
