Living together makes life much better
I enjoy reading all the stories and what I like the most in these stories is the bond between all the friends ,they not only share their happiness but do not hesitate in giving suggestions if somebody goes wrong.... that's something we need to make our kids learn ...I would highly recommend these stories for the age group 3-8yrs...

Sweet story
I loved the empathy that was demonstrated through the stories of each character.Especially liked the Snarky feeling bad that he was snarky and trying so hard to be happy and make people understand why he felt grumpy. Also loved the rattle snake story. But the best one of all is mosquitos not biting humans anymore! Ha ha very imaginative.

Briilliant
RI have not read any of the early books in this series but I don't think this matters. This novel is set in Puru and follows the ex black ops Rex and his faithful dog Digger. Rex is trying to keep a low profile after being nearly killed by person unknown. He loves history and has a unique gift in learning and understanding any language he comes across on his travels. This trip sees Rex and Digger walking peacefully through the country only visiting towns for supplies. It is on one of these occasions were he hears a heated conversation between two men, that he tries to ignore. This is the start of his unexpected journey where all his plans go out the window. He gets involved in helping a couple and an Inca tribe who are being mislead. Rex is not afraid to go to any lengths to help, even kill the perpetrator's. I especially enjoyed the antics of Digger, every time he was mentioned it put a smile on my face (only probably relevant for dog ownersead this book twice to my granddaughter who loved it.

Great for young children
I thought that this was such a sweet , lovely book! Featuring characters that each have their own part in it and children can learn something from each of them. The beginning of the chapters starts off with a picture of the character that is the feature for that chapter , although there is no other pictures this does help a child visualise the characters and situation. This is a great book for young children!

Wiggly the Worm and friends. Fun short stories.
I am Nan to a six year old grandson.... He has a lot of reading to practice at school. So I am fostering the interest in books by reading him the adventures of Wiggly the Worm and friends! Boy! He is smitten with Wiggly!! After the first chapter, he ran into the garden to make a town for Wiggly and friends, including all the shops etc.. in the story. His imagination was fired and can't wait for Nan to read the next chapter to him.Activities at the end of chapters is a brilliant idea and fosters memory of the story.
