Outroad Road Bike 14-21 Speed Shimano Shifter 700C Wheel Wheels with Aluminum Alloy Frame, Rider Bike Faster and Lighter Commuter Bicycle (Black, Red, Blue, White)

I found this bike after finding the local bike stores (four of them) close to ransacked int he COVID crisis - clearly everyone wants the same things I was after. I'm glad I did, though, since this is a less expensive bike than what they would have sold me. Compared to a higher-end bike, it's heavy, but I was just looking for a commuter bike that will get me to local restaurants and groceries and back, and for some exercise. For that, it's been excellent - I've put about 100 miles on it, so far, and found that it's very solidly-built and so far it's been reliable.The shipping was very quick (<1 week door-to-door, and the bike shops are backed up for several weeks). Assembly was pretty easy - it took me about 90 minutes, and I'm sure someone with experience could have done it in a half-hour.This is a great commuter/city bike and a good vehicle for outdoor recreation/exercise around the suburbs.

Actually, I never rode the bike. It was not what I expected or wanted based on the previous description which has since been corrected. After a minor disagreement with the “third party” seller, they were kind enough to accept the return and refund the purchase price, not including shipping. The bike appeared to be an ok baseline model. Pedals were plastic.I cannot say enough about the quality of Amazon’s Customer Service. In this case, and over the years, they have provided prompt, positive, and seamless customer service. They were attentive, understood the problem, and regardless of how many different reps I talked to, they were all on the same page.

Working with the seller to see if they can send a replacement of just the front wheel which was bumpy. the wheel shape is visible if I rotate the wheel by lifting the front side. And the bump cant be missed when I ride the bicycle. If they can send the front wheel and accept me returning just the front wheel, I would like to keep the bicycle. Or I have to return the whole bicycle. Other than the wheel issue, the bicycle looks great.

This is a assessment bike and I rarely leave reviews unless I’m pissed off. The kick stand was new it lets up in the opposite direction. It’s very easy to assemble. I only had to put together the front tire, handle bars and the seat oh the pedal which was screw on. My only small grip is the brakes if you don’t have a clue you will need to take them for some adjustments they will need it. Overall I’m so happy. Update after about three week I notice it’s not what I needed. I had to lower my body to reach the brakes that are underneath the handle bars and to far for immediate braking if your hands are positioned in the normal position on top. I needed up returning the bike because I need two braking systems

Excellent bike for the price. I purchased one for me and one for my wife. We are just getting into riding and this bike is perfect for novice riders. We get compliments on the look of the bike everywhere we go.

I have been using the bike for over a year now. Have logged over 1000 miles. I have had to have gears adjusted twice and ball bearings in large gears changed after the 1000 miles. After tune up and bearings change,, Still runs smooth. I am 5'8" and it fits me just right.
