Although it is small, there are groves on the one end that aids installing or removing a Presta Core Valve. I was told by a local major bike shop that a Presta core removal wrench or tool did not exist, and to buy the smallest adjustable wrench I could find. I am glad I found this tool online and it works very well as installing or removing a Presta Valve.

Handy tool
If your a bicycle enthusiast you must have one of these. Bike shops don't even know about them. Now you can salvage the valve stem when you toss your old tubes and use it to replace a broken stem on a good tube.
