Waiters Corkscrew by Happy Gourmet Kitchenware - All-in-one Corkscrew, Wine Opener, Bottle Opener and Foil Cutter (White)

Overall, this corkscrew does the job it's supposed to. My biggest gripe up front with this is the foil cutter. The serrated blade is about an inch long and has A LOT of play in the blade so when you are trying to press it with some force against the foil, it doesn't create a solid pressure to cut with. I will agree that it is light weight and aesthetically pleasing, however, I wouldn't call it high quality. If I were to hold it in my hand and inspect before purchase, I probably would have put it back down and moved on.The double hinge made it much easier to get the cork out and the corkscrew works great. I truly wanted this to be better but no. This one will most likely be a back up.I was able to purchase this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

This is Simple, and efficient.You can spend plenty of money on a wine opener, but i prefer a simple, double-hinged corkscrew. I especially like . Yes, the corkscrew of happy gourmet is solidly built, unlike wing corkscrews, it’s compact and slim, which means you can buy a couple and keep extras in your desk, glove compartment, or backyard—so you’re always ready to open up a bottle. Small enough to fit in a pocket comfortably, waiter’s corkscrews are the standard tool of choice in restaurants and homes. I work in a restaurant and every waiter carry one in them apron, they love it. I'm just a run of the mill 22 year old that had a desire to drink a bottle of wine without cork pushed Into it. This mechanical masterpiece was a god send for now I am able to consume large amounts of wine in a faster, less frustrating time. If you are like me... a poor student with only 10 dollars to your name and want to buy wine and a way to open that wine.... I would recommend it to you!! And anyone else it's just a wine opener for $3!🍾🍷

Great double hinged corkscrew! I purchased this in the white color which is a currently trendy and fun color . I trying to update my kitchen utensils little by little and this makes a nice addition to replace my old rusty wine openers. It's pretty, it works great and is sturdier than most waiters corkscrews I have had so far. A great addition to any wine accessories drawer !
