Didn’t last
Bought this in January as the one that came with our original fountain died after a few years. This lasted only 3-4 months before it quit working. We clean the dog fountain regularly so that wasn’t the issue. Also, the plug-in gets very hot.

Only lasted 31 days. Petsafe did not care.
As the title says the motor stopped working after 31 days, the original lasted well over a year.I contacted customer service they told me I just needed to clean it and then it would work, I checked if it was dirty (shouldn't be after 31 days)Contacted them again asked if I could get a replacement and they ignored me .....

Replacement died too..
This is the second pump now, and it's doing the same thing the original started doing. It's grinding and making an awful noise, then seizes up.
