Not sure if it's out of date???
It's like chalk paint.When you put another colour over the top it just mixes with it.Maybe better with a top coat in-between the white& the bright, but really I'd just buy a better bright nail polish.

Just white nail varnish
Don't let the fancy 'activator' title fool you, this is just plain white nail varnish. Obviously the bright neon colours look more vibrant over a bright white base. However you could easily buy a cheaper one, or if you have any just use that to help the other 'Hi Vis' colours really pop.

Not recommend activator
Absolutley fabulous and strong colour with top coat. No different colour with and without activator..

Rubbish!
It's basically just white polish. I got the neon pink varnish and it's basically pale without this "activator" and when this is underneath its white streaks underneath. Utter waste.

Great varnish
Love Barry M varnishes. This hi viz system is very effective. You put the white on then when dry cover with hi viz colour. So vibrant together. The white is so good you could wear it on its own as well.
