I was expecting tea bags. This is granules in a single serve pouch that I add to my tea. My son and mother both like it. I recommend this when you start feeling a little sick. It really helps get you over it faster.

I've been drinking this brand of Banlangen for many years and was happy to get it on Amazon. This tastes just like the one I was drinking before and I will always have some of this herbal tea on hand at home. Whenever there are symptoms of cold and flu rush to drink a cup, it can quickly and effectively relieve cold and flu symptoms and sore throat. It's sweet, and I love to drink it!

this brand is too sweet. It tastes more like a soft drink than a Chinese medicine.

I have used Isatis Root teas in the past and they were wonderful. Took sore throat away instantly. Ordered this when I ran out of my supply. Just got my first sore throat since ordering and this is worse than useless. It's primary ingredient is sugar (as sucralose), the worse thing to put on a sore throat. Not only did this not help, it made my throat worse. I do not recommend this product.
