I think everyone should keep at least one of these boxes at home! They last longer and take up less space than bottles of liquid Pedialyte. I keep a few packets in my tote bag just in case. Pedialyte is useful in treating dehydration similar to sports drinks but has fewer grams of sugar, calories, and unhealthy additives than a regular sports drink while still providing more electrolytes. If you’re like me and have a reason to use a lot of Pedialyte, this is the most economical way to buy it and most convenient way to store it. The powder dissolves easily when stirred or shaken and tastes great. It’s extremely important to use the exact volume of liquid described in the instructions so I measured out this exact volume in a beaker and then poured it into several reusable bottles and made a permanent mark at that level. This is fairly high quality: I’ve never seen it clump up before opening or leave a sludge at the bottom the way Gatorade powder does. This would be a great thing for anyone to stock up on because it meets such a universal need. Overall, an awesome product!

This Pedialyte powder is fantastic! The strawberry flavor is delicious and makes it easy to drink. It's a great way to stay hydrated, especially during hot weather or after exercise. Convenient individual packets make it easy to take on the go. Highly recommend for all ages.

Love the taste of these, so I guess the cost continues to be worth it.

Works well, the summertime to prevent dehydration

I feel like the taste of these are much better than liquid IV. I brought to a wedding that a lot of us were staying at a hotel after knowing a bunch of us including myself would be hungover the day after. One person had liquid IVs and I had strawberry lemonade pedialyte. Not one person could drink the liquid IV stating it tasted like medicine. The pedialyte actually tastes really good and is enjoyable. (I like it most really cold so usually I shake it in a water bottle so it mixes well and pour it over ice). It also works really well. It’s not a hangover cure but it does help with relief. Then a few weeks later me and my partner both got sick and had fevers and drank quite a few of these and they helped us feel better then too. I read online that pedialyte is also better than liquid IV for dehydration and that doctors typically recommend it. It also doesn’t leave any powder at the bottom and mixes well. If it wasn’t so expensive I would probably drink it more then just when I’m not feeling well (reason for 4 stars - expensive) as this flavor is very enjoyable and you can see/feel a clear difference when dehydrated.

I have been purchasing the grape pedialyte in bulk from amazon for years and keep on coming back. The powder truly does taste exactly the same as pre-bottled stuff which is amazing. I will say the price on the grape 100 pack fluctuates a lot during the year. If you can purchase the 100 pack for $100-$120 I think it ends up being reasonable (but I have also seen this go up to $160-$170 so make sure to buy it while it is on sale).These are amazing for when you need a bit extra hydration or the occasional hangover. I like to drink pedialyte the day of/before drinking because I can tell a HUGE difference when my hydration levels are sufficient going into a night of drinking versus going in already dehydrated. I also love to use a sauna but realize that they deplete my hydration levels quickly, so these are a great way to quickly get some electrolytes back.
