I should have gotten a small. It kept rolling down..and I guess it was better than nothing but it didn't suck me in at all. Smoothed things out but the fact that it kept falling down was annoying and unreliable.

It flattens my post baby belly. I can wear a tight shirt and my belly doesn't bulge out but mind you it doesn't flatten a huge belly I already lost some weight and have 15 lbs to go. I gave it 3 because it rides down when you wear all day like I do at work and I have to pull up. This item is similar but works better than wearing a tight strappy tank top underneath your shirts. Get it smaller so it can tighten you up

I bought this to go wedding dress shopping. The quality is wonderful, it's incredibly soft. However I gave it 3 starts because it DEFINITELY rolls down after a few minutes, and I kept having to roll it back up. It may work long term under something very tight that holds it in place, but otherwise it's a very temporary fix. Even then, I expected this to be a shaper, however it was only able to smooth out things a little. Definitely not what I was expecting or wanting.
