Swing glove Helps
The swing glove has definitely helped reduce the casting problem in my golf swing. It is a good training tool and I have noticed better results when using a regular glove. Could use more air holes to help vent in hot weather.

Longivity
The glove is very soft leather, works well, keeps my wrist stiff and not to break. Have used it for about 10 rounds of golf. The leather is kinda slippery now, trying to scrub it and wash it to get it grippy again.
