LOVEEEE!! Super tasty & easy to digest
Pro:-The flavor is amazing.-Soft chew.-All natural, made with 4 ingredients.-Freshly made.-Great quality.Con:-Takes 45min to cook (but this is pretty normal for cooking boba, not comparing to instant boba. There’s an art to cooking boba, can be a learning curve for some.)-Small bag (hope they come in a larger bag for boba addicts lol)—First impression:Taste - awesome brown sugar taste since it’s made with brown sugar! You can eat it by itself without soaking in additional sweetener. I like sweetening it with Monk Fruit Sweetener.Texture - it’s on the softer side (versus chewier). Great if you’re looking for a soft chew with full flavor in each bite. If you’re looking for super chewy boba then you might be disappointed (like me initially, but the trade off is worth it for me).Cooking - it’s a process… lots of waiting 😆 this is coming from someone who have worked in a boba store. If it’s your first time cooking boba at home, follow the instructions on the back of the package. It might take a few rounds to get the process right. Give yourself 1-2hrs.—Would I buy these again?Hell yeah! After trying these, I went back to those instant 5min-15min boba to “save” time.Let’s just say I was shocked by how much my body liked BicBoba better. And I can taste the artificial flavoring & chemicals in those instant boba 🥲.

Soooo good! Highly Recommend!
I love this boba! I love that there is no extra added junk and they are quality boba! The texture and flavor is great!!I cut the time of cooking by just boiling water in a kettle for 5 minutes and then putting the boiled water and these little guys in a pressure cooker for 25 minutes (this also eliminates the need to stand by it and stir)! I would then recommend letting them sit in the warm pot for at least another 10-15 minutes before rinsing them with cold water and mixing them with a sugar syrup but I did 30 mins. because I got distracted with other things lol. They turned out great this way, nice and perfectly chewy (and I’m super picky with this, the softer and chewier, the better)! I hope this company can make a larger bag (in addition to this size) as an option in the future. There are others on here saying it’s too pricy but 6 servings (or 12 servings if you use the package nutrition facts label description) for $13 is still much cheaper then getting $5/$6 dollar drinks at the shops each time. I think you could make about 6/7 drinks with this package and you still save a lot of money! Plus you know what you are getting with these whereas you don’t necessarily know what’s in the boba shop balls and I love that you can customize your drinks with these! Another thought is you can save the uncooked balls for a long time (until the expiration date) so the value is definitely there! :)I also put the boba in the fridge overnight and heated them up for 15 seconds in the microwave and they are good as new and still chewy!Would for sure purchase again! I hope this was helpful to anyone thinking about purchasing! :)

Tasty, but time-consuming
Plan ahead if you’re going to make boba. The results were great, but lots of time needed to cook the pearls.

Hard to Cook
I want to leave these a good review, but the cooking instructions really didn't work. It takes a long time to cook these (45 minutes boiling + 30 minutes sitting + 15 more minutes sitting if you want to sweeten them). The instructions say to boil them for 45 minutes while stirring "frequently," but they in fact need to be stirred constantly. Because these have sugar in them, they will caramelize and burn if not stirred constantly. It is just like making caramel; be prepared to stand over the stove for 45 minutes. The balls also fell apart and kind of turned into a big mass. There was no excess liquid at all (nothing to drain when they were done cooking). The pieces did separate once they were in liquid (tea) and they tasted great, but they didn't look too hot. I also had to turn the heat way down (simmer, rather than boiling for 45 minutes as the instructions said to do) and add more liquid to keep them from completely adhering to the pot. These were very tasty and I'm grateful for the clean ingredients, but they were a massive pain to cook.

Worth the time for a delicious all-natural product
The instructions on the package work perfectly for us. It does take a long time to prepare and requires some thinking ahead, but this is to be expected from a traditional recipe. It is well worth it to have a delicious, all-natural product. I don't stir them at all and they turn out just perfectly. The alternative 5-minute black boba pearls (we've done both) on Amazon don't even compare - the black ones taste like heavy artificial sugar flavoring and chemical taste. I find myself coming back over and over to these on the shelf, even though they take a bit longer.

Worth it!!!
Bubble tea takes me back to my childhood, but as an adult with digestive issues and as someone who is trying to clean up their diet, it is not something that I can have often. These were absolutely amazing and I am so happy to have found bobas that are made with clean ingredients. They take a while to make, but I followed the directions to a T and they turned out wonderful. I’ll be buying these again!!!

Not appetizing!
It took too long to cook. Texture was not impressive.

Free of Chemicals, thank you so much, wouldn't buy anything else
They are not black, they are brown and they are not as large as some of the others. But they taste great , and they are easy to cook and they do not have some of the ingredients that are linked to cancer. Id rather pay a little more for something healthy. I Highly recommend
