SO thankful my Vet recommended Anti-Icky-Poo!
This product is a miracle, without exaggeration. Here's why... We got back from a 10 day vacation to an 8 foot long area of carpet along the wall of our dining room that was COMPLETELY saturated with cat urine and dried into the carpet and pad. Just walking in the front door, two rooms away, the smell was overwhelming. Our catsitter apparently had no idea what to do when it first started happening so didn't even tell us. By the time we got home we had a serious problem to address. For two weeks, I tried every "affordable" option I could think of... Pet store urine odor removers (3 different brands), carpet shampoo in a can, powdered carpet freshener, baking soda: I, rented shampooer from the hardware store with special shampoo supposedly designed for pet odor made by the carpet cleaner manufacturer. Then I started trying DIY remedies on the internet, including, vinegar and water, and straight up baking aoda. Nothing helped. And I'd spent a LOT of money by this time. Out of desperation, I called my vet who recommended Anti-icky-poo. She said that some of her cat families had tried it and liked it. I was at wits end. The smell was awful, I'm sure unhealthy, and so embarrassing I refused even to let my closest friends come into my house. I read reviews of the product online, and bit the bullet, to spend even more money. I ordered a gallon of Anti-icky-poo online, plus the pretreat (per directions) because of all the detergents I had already used without success. By now I had also purchased my own compact carpet cleaning machine with the highest suction power I could find. (Another $130 investment. But I figured over the life of our home that was still cheaper than replacing the carpet.) And then I read other reviews of the product online. I used the product as directed. The smell was immediately reduced!!!! The directions said for deep set in odors it would take some time for the product to get down into the pad and completely neutralize the smell. I won't lie. They were right. The smell, but MUCH LESS pungent came back the next day. But the dramatic improvement in our living air quality from the day before have me hope and helped me trust that I should follow the remaining directions. So I did. I continued with a light spray on the smelly areas each day and anytime I could smell a whiff of urine. It did take about 3 more weeks, but each day got better and better. The urine smell is totally gone now. I can't express strongly enough the gigantic difference even just that first day made. (Note: We did take our cat to the vet to find out if she had any health issues that would make her behave that way in the first place. Thankfully, are vet confirmed she is healthy, but was likely stressed by our extended vacation. We now give her cat food formulated to reduce stress. And we've been able to go on additional vacations without coming home to unwanted smells in the house. Thanks to Anti-ick-poo, There was no need to get rid of our carpet or our loving, but anxiety prone cat.) I HIGHLY recommend that every home with a cat keep this product on hand. And instruct your cat sitter how to use it just in case! It is worth every dollar. Don't let the price fool you into trying something else first. Try this FIRST. You will thank your lucky stars you did.

Works great!
So easy to use. If you have a cat that sprays like we do or a pet that goes on the furniture this will help the smell. Blot up the mess and spray this over it. Done.

I think it worked!
I think it worked. The odor eliminator seems to work better now, and that's what this is supposed to do. Will have to see if the odor comes back again.

WOW
One of my cats has recently had some issues with peeing. He's peed on my tile floor and it unfortunately soaked into the tile and grout. The smell was overwhelming and nothing was working. Our vet recommended anti icky poo to me and I figured it was worth a shot. I had tried a few other products so I decided to get this and spray it down first. Just spraying this got rid of 90% of the smell. I couldn't believe it

Never go with out this stuff
I will never go without the stuff it works on anything I happen to have a cat who peed on a pile of white T-shirts on a Heinsch I wanted to see if it actually worked I had it on hand it says it takes out yellowing and it did I spray the T-shirts within 15 minutes the yellowing was gone and I threw it in the wash and washed it and it came out brand new it definitely works you just make sure you follow the directions leave it on there for 15 to 20 minutes and then use hot water to rinse it follow it up by the final step of icky poo. I will never use anything Else but this stuff. I used on all stains in my house even worked on a light coffee spill.

Works good
Excellent - use with the matching product Oder eliminating cleaner. Love that it has no cover up scent that makes things worse!

I’m not sure it works
I’m not sure this stuff really works to get rid of old enzyme cleaners. It leaves the carpet really sticky

Can’t hurt!
Purchased this along with the anti-icky poo enzyme cleaner (unscented). It came with a sprayer, but the product description said “concentrate”. I emailed the company and they said it should be diluted - not sure why there are no instructions on the bottle. It’s hard to say if the product works, but if you are cleaning urine out of anything important, it can’t hurt to use it. The scent is light and pleasant, but it does foam A LOT so be prepared to rinse your items well.I used this on a couch along with the enzyme cleaner and so far it seems like they have worked well. I am going to try re-treating some carpet spots and see if it helps.
