Does the job
I bought this to replace my ancient sifter that had some rust on it. I used it for flour and confectioner's sugar. It worked smoothly for both. With a rotating crank it's probably quicker than using a spoon or utensil to push by hand through a strainer. Nothing came through the hole where the hand crank comes through. The sifter is sturdy and appears well made. It rinsed clean easily. I like that it comes in a nice box I can store it in. For as little as I use a sifter, I'm satisfied and would recommend it.

I like that I can wash it and it doesn't rust.
In the title I tell what I like about it I like that I can throw it in the dishwasher and make sure it gets dry and it doesn't rust. I guess that's because it's stainless steel. The other ones I've had in the past are probably aluminum. And they rust almost as soon as they get wet. Which makes them useless to me. That's what I like about this one I can wash it

This i bought for my 15 year old grandson he likes to cook and bake. He was having a rough and slow time sifting so I bought him this. I use my mother's sifter like this. It's over 50years I love it..

Like the stainless steel. My old metal rusted. This one is great.

Functions well, a little slower than tapping a sieve but much less mess
Takes a little longer than tapping a sieve with your palm over a bowl, but much better setup, especially if little hands are helping with the baking.Found it more ergonomic to hold a handle rather than a sieve too (when the 'sifted flour' bowl wasn't wide enough to hold the sieve for instance) and am kicking myself for not buying something like this years ago if I'm honest.Only mark off from 5 stars was purely down to the speed element.

Sencillo pero eficaz
Es práctico y fácil de usar. Parece bien hecho y el inoxidable da la sensación de que aguantará. Lo he lavado en el lavavajillas y no muestra desperfectos, Sería ideal si tuviera una tapa en la base. Así podrías llenarlo antes de tamizar sin que cayera harina.

Sieve size should have been finer
Purchased this because the round sieve creates a lot of waste. Steel is of decent quality however the sieve is not very fine - the sieve holes are too large to get well sifted flour.
